HOME PURCHASE CHECKLIST:
- Sales/purchase contracts or agreements
- Records of payments or deposits
- A copy of the listing agreement you have signed with your Realtor
- The name, address and telephone number of your Real Estate Agent
SELLERS CHECKLIST:
- A copy of the following applicable to your sale:
- A copy of the deed
- Mortgage records
- Surveyor's report
- Real Estate Tax records
- Records of any major improvements, and additions
- The results of past conducted home inspections
